Everything starts with a free 30–60 minute inspection of your Troy MI property. After exclusion devices are installed, bats exit at dusk as normal — they simply cannot return. Most Troy MI colonies fully vacate within 3–5 nights. We monitor exit activity over 7 nights to confirm complete colony departure before final sealing. You do not need to be present.
